These Terms of Service govern your use of upememberbenefits.com (the "Site") and the UPE Member Benefits program (the "Program"), which is operated by Wholesale United LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a service request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Program is a member benefit that connects UPE members with independent local service providers ("Vendors"). We do not perform the services ourselves. Vendors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents, and are solely responsible for their quotes, pricing, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and warranties. Any agreement for services is between you and the Vendor.
The Program is offered to UPE members. We may verify membership before routing a request and may decline or close requests that are not eligible or that we are unable to fulfill. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site and enroll in SMS communications.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when you submit a request. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you check the SMS consent box when submitting a service request, you agree to receive SMS messages from UPE Member Benefits (Wholesale United LLC) about your request, such as request confirmations, vendor contact updates, check-in reminders, and feedback requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not guarantee the availability of any Vendor, pricing, savings, response times, or results. Any savings amounts shown or reported are estimates provided by Vendors or members.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the Site's security or operation.
The Site and Program are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesale United LLC is not responsible for services performed by Vendors and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Program.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site or Program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
